Returning an Item

We will help you through the return shipping process. When you notify us that you intend to return an item, you will receive a return shipping label via email to affix to the return package. Call UPS to pick up the package, or drop it off at a UPS store location. We will issue a full refund less the return shipping expense when we receive the rug. We provide this service so that you get our preferred shipping rates via UPS. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your rug before shipping it.

The rug must be in new and clean condition upon its return in order to receive the full refund (no pet hair, dirt or damage to the rug). Please wrap the rug in its original packaging if it is not damaged. Seal all openings and bind securely with packing tape. If the rug is damaged in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund for it, but will assist you in any way possible with filing an insurance claim. Rugs dirty or damaged due to insufficient packaging cannot be fully refunded, so please pack the items carefully.

My Item is Damaged

Please do not refuse to receive your rug unless it arrives damaged. Restocking fees may be incurred if you refuse a shipment and do not go through our return process. In the rare event that your rug is damaged in transit, please refuse the item and contact us ASAP. If your item was damaged in transit and you were not home to refuse it, please save all the packaging material and notify us immediately.
